Alessia Mosca is currently a Member of the European Parliament (Socialist and Democrat Group) and she works in the International Trade and in the Economic and Monetary Affairs Committees. She is now responsible, for S&D Group, for trade relations with China. Previously she was a member of the Italian Parliament, elected in 2008 and re-elected in the 2013 for the Partito Democratico.
She has a Philosophy degree from the Catholic University of Milan, a Master’s degree in Diplomacy from ISPI a diploma in International Relations from John Hopkins University and a PhD in Political Science from the University of Florence.
In 2011 she signed the so called "Golfo-Mosca", the Italian law that introduces gender quotas in boards of listed companies. Alessia has written various books about Europe and she has also been a member of a number of several international forums including Young Global Leaders and Rising Talents.

Prior to co-founding EDGE Certified Foundation, Aniela acquired extensive professional experience as a consultant with Arthur Andersen and Andersen Consulting, a trader and project manager with TXU Europe and SIG Geneva, and as the CEO of CT Technologies. She holds an MBA from the University of Geneva and a BA in International Trade from the academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.

Aurelia is currently an Advisory Board member in charge of Diversity & Inclusion and Corporate Partnerships for Greenlight for Girls (g4g), an international NGO focused on encouraging girls aged 10-16 into STEM studies and careers.

Fátima Ribeiro is a policy officer in the Gender Equality Unit, Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers of the European Commission, since 2011. Her responsibilities include the promotion of equal opportunities for women and men in decision-making positions and the management of projects to support Member States and stakeholders on the topic.
Fátima Ribeiro previously worked in the Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities in the fields of EU Inter-institutional relations, the promotion of gender equality and the integration of people with disabilities, and in the Publications Office of the European Union (Luxembourg).
Fátima Ribeiro graduated from the Oporto University (Portugal), Faculty of Letters, where she studied Modern Languages and Literature, Portuguese and French Studies.

Fianna Jurdant is Senior Policy Manager in the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) Directorate for Financial and Enterprise Affairs (DAF). In this role, she advocates sound corporate governance policies and practices globally. Since 2012, Ms. Jurdant has led OECD’s work on women in corporate leadership, including on boards and in senior management.
She has also contributed to hearings of the European Parliament on women on boards, the European Women on Boards Organisation and Arborus, a fund for gender equality in Europe. She is developing initiatives to fill the data gap and examine the impact of policies on gender balance at the top of companies, including a report to Ministers.
She has also developed regional initiatives in Asia as well as recently the Middle East and North Africa to maximise the visibility and impact of international standards, notably the G20/OECD Principles of Corporate Governance and the OECD Guidelines on Corporate Governance of State-Owned Enterprises. Ms. Jurdant, an American and French national born in the former Soviet Union, is a member of the Professional Women’s Network and OECD Women’s Network Steering Group. She is married with two children.

Prior to devoting her energies to promote the value of "gender balance", Gini worked at Accenture and IMS Health where she gained her consulting and change management experience. Born in Milano, she graduated in Business Administration at Bocconi University and spent most of her career abroad, living in London, Cairo and the Middle East. Busy mum of two girls, she loves travelling and horse riding. She is a PWA Milan member since 2010 and in the Board since 2012. From 2016 she is Vice President of the association.
